Hall & Partners have a wide range of experience in construction projects, and health and safety in construction. We successfully use this experience and knowledge to provide advice and support to clients ensuring they meet their obligations set down in health and safety legislation and regulation.
Of specific relevance to the construction industry and clients undertaking construction projects is the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. The Regulations key aim is to ensure health and safety considerations are seen as an essential but normal part of a projects development. The Regulations apply to virtually all construction projects of which some, as a result of their duration, are notifiable to the Health and Safety Executive and as such require the appointment of a CDM co-ordinator.
